Move your data from the old Habits AI app

If you used the previous version, you can move your data across with a backup file. It only takes a few minutes.

Step 1

Open the old app

Go to the previous Habits AI app and sign in to the account that still has your old habits and history.

Step 2

Export your backup file

In the old app, open Profile → Data Management, then click Export Full Backup. This downloads a JSON file with your habits, entries, check-ins, and custom protocols.

Step 3

Import it into this app

In this new app, sign in, open Profile → Data Management, click Import Full Backup, choose the JSON file, and confirm the import.

Important before you import

Import Full Backup replaces the current habits, habit entries, daily check-ins, and custom protocols in this app.

If you already started using this new app, export a backup here first so you have a copy before importing the old one.

Where to do it in this app

After signing in, open Profile.

Scroll to Data Management.

Use Import Full Backup and select the JSON file from the old app.
